Warranty Work

At Palmetto Fire Apparatus, we look to take the risk out of your decision to purchase a used emergency vehicle. The purchase of a fire truck or ambulance is a major expense for your department and your taxpayers. Palmetto Fire Apparatus is unique in the market in that we focus on owning inventory of vehicles. That allows us to control the quality of what we sell to our customers. All of the vehicles we own are put through an extensive inspection and pump test (if the unit has a pump) at our facility. This allows us to offer a 90-day warranty on all of the vehicles sold from our inventory. This warranty covers all of the major systems of the vehicle (other than normal wear and tear or issues caused by lack of maintenance, accidents or operator error). Our customers can be confident that they are purchasing a quality emergency vehicle when they buy from Palmetto Fire Apparatus.
